Software

Quickbooks

If your company is already using Quickbooks, whether desktop or online:

• You will only need to grant our firm access as an approved “Accountant”. This will give us access that we will need to conduct our bookkeeping assignments. This will come at no extra cost to you from Quickbooks.

If your company is not currently using Quickbooks, we highly recommend that you consider this software:

• Our firm can set up your own master account where we will have bookkeeping (accounting) access. This cost can be added onto your monthly invoice from us or billed directly to you from Quickbooks. The best part of choosing this method, is that you will save an additional 30% off your monthly subscription every month, automatically applied to your invoice for the 1st year. As long as our firm is the ones that initially set up your account.

Any other bookkeeping software

• If your company is using software other than Quickbooks, pricing will need to be done on a case by case basis as we do not currently work with other software systems at this time but are not against it if it is the best option for our clients. Where there is a well, there is a way! Not to worry, we learn software systems pretty quickly.
